We operate on conditions that suit you. Small or large assignments, on-call advising or continous support. In our deeper business relations, we typically do an initial evaluation of the company and the state of its operations. We assist in making an improvement program, we provide advice and expertise, and help keeping the program on the track to success.

We typically provide three different areas of consultant services, separately or in a combined program - management consulting, hands-on support to process management and projects, and supplier management.

Training

We often provide training as part of the consultancy assignments, to motivate or educate the staff. We have standard courses, and we can tailor them for your needs. We also give open courses, with the IT Quality Nordic Institute (ITQ).

Certification

On behalf of Det Norske Veritas, DNV our consultants carrie out TickIT and ISO 9000 certification audits of several companies, both in Sweden and internationally, such as ABB, Cap Gemini, Celsius, Enator, Ericsson, Europolitan, Intentia, Logica, Oracle, Sema Group and Volvo.
